Chloe Campbell/Sandra Cruz, the secretary, has dark hair, always carries a laptop computer, has access to the front door key, but she is only 1.60 m.

Joshua Johnson/Oliver Amaro, the butler, is tall. has dark hair and has access to the house, but he is allergic to cigarettes, so he can’t smoke, and he wouldn’t have left the smell of cigarettes in Mrs. Gallagher’s/Elizabeth room.

Ashley Anderson/Livia Aquino, the doctor, smokes, has dark hair and is tall (1.80 m), but she doesn’t have access to the key.

Grace Gallagher/Tatiana Santos, the stepdaughter, has access to the key, but she is not tall and she has red hair.

Michael Murray/João Pimentel, the nephew, is tall and has access to the key, but he has light brown hair.

Megan Murray/Luísa Pimentel, the niece, is tall, smokes and has access to the key, but she is blonde.

Nathan Norris/Cristiano Guimarães, the ex-husband, is tall and has dark hair. He also smokes and has access to the key, but he is in a wheelchair, so he couldn’t go to the room on the second floor.

Logan Lewis/Edson Bragança the editor, is tall and has dark hair. He smokes and has access to the key. So, he probably is the thief.

Note:

Two clues have no importance in the solution of the crime: “Grace/Tatiana is 18 years old” and “Megan Murray/Luísa has green eyes.

Two clues are misleading, but are clarified by other two: “A neighbor saw a redheaded person leave the house at around 11 o’clock (It was Mrs. Gallagher/Elizabeth) and “The detective found gray hair in the room” (It belonged to Mrs. Gallagher’s/Elizabeth cat).
