>> DESCRIPTION
Competition in which groups of students need to find the clocks showing the times called by the teacher.
>> RULES
- Make copies of one set of clocks for each group of students.
- Divide the class into small groups.
- Give each group a set of clocks, ask them to place them on a desk or on the floor faces up.
- Explain that you are going to call out a time. Then the groups need to search for the clock showing that time. The groups that finds it first, hands the picture in to the teacher and scores a point for his team.
- NOTE: Five of the clocks that were illustrated are not going to be called out.
- At the end of the activity, the group with the highest score is declared winner.

1. It’s half past two.
2. It’s ten after seven.
3. It’s twelve o’clock.
4. It’s twenty to two.
5. It’s a quarter to six.
6. It’s a quarter after six.
7. It’s ten o’clock.
8. It’s ten to three.
9. It’s twenty after three.
10. It’s half past nine.
11. It’s five after eleven.
12. It’s twenty after ten.
13. It’s twenty-five after four
14. It’s ten to seven.
15. It’s twenty-five to two.
16. It’s five after two.
17. It’s ten to four.
